Friday NFL Notes: Jeff Saturday joins Green Bay

– Miami Dolphins owner Stephen Ross said the Dolphins were ready to cut Brandon Marshall and that new coach Joe Philbin didn’t want Matt Flynn.

– Green Bay signed free agent center Jeff Saturday to a two-year deal.

– The Arizona Cardinals re-signed kicker Jay Feely to a two-year contract and offensive lineman D’Anthony Batiste to a one-year deal.

– The Denver Broncos signed tight end Jacob Tamme to a three-year deal worth $9 million with $3.5 million guaranteed.

– Chicago Bears running back Marion Barber has decided to retire from the NFL.

– Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones said Friday the team planned to take action against the NFL after it docked the Cowboys $10 million in salary-cap space.

– Former Jets quarterback Drew Stanton was traded to the Colts along with a 7th round pick for a 6th round pick.
