Sunday NFL Notes: Next stop Miami

– After touring the Cardinals’ team facility, Peyton Manning is on his way back to Miami and could meet with the Dolphins in the coming days.

– Titans owner Bud Adams has showed interest in signing Manning saying, “He is the man I want. Period.” The veteran quarterback would be a great mentor for second year player Jake Locker.

– The Oakland Raiders released cornerback Chris Johnson and safety Hiram Eugene.

– The 49ers are trying to re-sign wide receiver Josh Morgan. Former Patriots wide receiver Randy Moss will work out for San Francisco on Monday.
